- Founding Zappers ship within 7 days. Metal Zapper preorders are estimated to ship in December 2026.

Shipping is a flat $5 per order.
When your order ships
- Founding Zapper: ships within 7 days of your order.
- Metal Zapper (preorder): estimated to ship in December 2026. If the ship date changes, we'll email you, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund, including shipping.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.
Address mistakes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is sent to an incorrect address you entered, the cost of shipping it again is your responsibility.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or damaged on its way to you, we'll replace it for free. This doesn't apply if the address entered at checkout was wrong (see Address mistakes above). Just email us at support@zapyourphone.com with your order details.
